SchedulingKit + Integration for Microsoft Teams

With the SchedulingKit app for Microsoft Teams, you can automate your meetings through AI Bot. You can chat with the AI Bot and ask faqs. You can share your meeting links with invitees and contacts.

Adding/Connecting Microsoft Team

1.   Login to your SchedulingKit account. For that purpose, visit the website link "http://app.schedulingkit.com"
   ● Once logged in, click Settings.
   ● Then click the Integration tab (If you see a dropdown, please click Integration from the dropdown menu).
   ● On the Integration page, find Microsoft Teams Integration and click on the "Connect" button.
   ● Click the button asking you for MS-Teams credentials after successfully logging in, and the ‘Add’ button for  SchedulingKit will appear on the screen. Click that ‘Add’ button. 

Usage

1. First, you must authenticate by clicking on the ‘Signup’ button.
2. You must register your account on the SchedulingKit web app to sign up.
3. After successfully providing credentials, you will be redirected to the web page with the success message "You are successfully connected"
   
4. You can type messages, and the AI bot will provide you with the relevant information.

• If you type ‘Hi,’ the welcome message will appear on the MS Teams channel chat.
• If you type ‘Settings,’ the AI bot will provide you with the link to SchedulingKit settings.
• If you type ‘Share,’ you get two options to share the event type:

•  Share with Invitee (You will have to enter the invitee's details, including event type and email. A link will automatically be sent to the invitee’s email ID).
• Share with contacts (Your contacts of SchedulingKit will appear. You can choose contacts, and the event link will be shared with them via email)

Removing/Disconnecting Microsoft Teams

1. To disconnect/remove the SchedulingKit app for Microsoft Teams, Type ‘Logout’ in the message tab of the SchedulingKit app for Microsoft Teams.

• You will be automatically signed out from the MS-Teams Channel of SchedulingKit.
