Outlook Calendar Integration

Connect your Microsoft Outlook or Office 365 calendar to sync your schedule with SchedulingKit. The app checks your calendar for conflicts and creates events when bookings are made.

Connecting Outlook

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Click Connect Outlook Calendar.
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft account (personal, work, or school).
  4. Grant calendar permissions.
  5. You'll be redirected back with the connection confirmed.

Also available during onboarding at the Calendar step.

Selecting calendars

After connecting:

  • Conflict checking — Select which Outlook calendars to check for busy times.
  • Create events on — Choose where new booking events appear.

Click Refresh calendars to update the list.

How sync works

  • Conflict checking — SchedulingKit queries your Outlook calendar(s) in real time when customers view available slots. Busy times are excluded.
  • Event creation — Booking events are created on your selected Outlook calendar with full details (title, time, invitee, location, notes).
  • Reschedule — Calendar events are updated to the new time.
  • Cancel — Calendar events are removed.

Multiple accounts

You can connect multiple Microsoft accounts, each with its own calendar selection.

Disconnecting

Go to Settings → Integrations, click Disconnect on the Outlook connection. Existing calendar events remain; future bookings won't sync.
