title: Availability category: Scheduling order: 5 description: Set your working hours, manage days off, and control when you can be booked.

Availability

Availability determines when customers can book with you. Set your weekly working hours and manage days off so your booking pages only show times you're actually available.

Where to find it

  • User menuMy Availability.
  • Route: /user/availability.
  • Also configurable during onboarding (step 8) and when editing a team member.

Weekly hours

Set your regular working hours for each day of the week:

  1. Go to My Availability.
  2. For each day, toggle it on/off and set your start and end time.
  3. You can add multiple time blocks per day (e.g. 9:00–12:00 and 13:00–17:00 with a lunch break).
  4. Save.

These hours are the baseline for all your event types. Individual event types can further restrict availability if needed.

Days off

Mark specific dates when you're unavailable (vacation, holidays, sick days):

  1. Go to your availability page or have a team admin edit your profile.
  2. Click Add day off.
  3. Select the date (or date range).
  4. Save.

Days off override your weekly hours — no bookings are allowed on those dates.

To remove a day off, click the remove button next to the entry.

How availability works with bookings

When a customer views your booking page, available time slots are calculated from:

  1. Your weekly hours — Only times within your working hours are shown.
  2. Days off — Dates marked as off are completely blocked.
  3. Calendar conflicts — If you've connected a calendar (Google, Outlook, Apple), busy times from your calendar are excluded.
  4. Buffer time — If the event type has buffer time before/after events, those gaps are respected.
  5. Minimum notice — If the event type requires advance notice (e.g. 2 hours), last-minute slots are hidden.
  6. Maximum advance — If the event type limits how far ahead people can book (e.g. 30 days), slots beyond that are hidden.
  7. Daily/weekly limits — If the event type caps the number of bookings per day or week, fully booked periods are unavailable.

Team member availability

Team admins can manage availability for other members:

  1. Go to Team → click a member → Edit.
  2. Set their hours and days off.
  3. Save.

For collective and round-robin event types, all assigned members' availability is considered — the system finds times when the required members are all free.

Timezone

Your timezone is set in your profile. All availability calculations use your timezone, and customers see slots converted to their own timezone on the booking page.
