Calendar
The Calendar page gives you a visual overview of your schedule — see when events are, click to view details, and create new bookings.
Where to find it
- Sidebar: Calendar.
- Route:
/calendar.
Views
Switch between three views using the view switcher:
- Month — Overview of all events in a month. Events appear as colored blocks on their dates.
- Week — Detailed view of a single week with time slots. See exactly when events are and identify gaps.
- Day — Focused view of a single day with all time slots visible.
Use the navigation arrows to move between periods (previous/next month, week, or day).
Interacting with events
- Click an event to open its details (date, time, invitee, location, status).
- From the detail view you can reschedule, cancel, or edit the event.
Header actions
- View list — Switch to the Events list page (
/events) for search, filters, and bulk management. - Schedule / New — Create a new event type or start a booking flow.
Calendar data
The calendar combines:
- Bookings made through SchedulingKit (public booking, embed, or manually created).
- Busy times from your connected calendars (Google, Outlook, Apple) — shown as blocked slots so you can see your full schedule in one place.
Your connected calendars sync automatically. To manage connections, go to Settings → Integrations.
