Events

The Events page lists your scheduled events (appointments/bookings) so you can search, filter, view details, reschedule, cancel, or edit.

Where to find it

  • Sidebar: Events (the label may be "Events" or "Appointments" depending on your business type).
  • Routes: /events (list), /events/{event} (show), /events/{event}/reschedule, /events/{event}/edit.

List page

  • Lists all scheduled events with search and filters.
  • Filters: All events, Upcoming, Past, Cancelled.
  • Each row shows the event date, time, event type/service, invitee name, status, and location.
  • Actions: View details, reschedule, cancel, edit.

Event detail

  • Route: /events/{event}
  • Shows full event info: event type, date/time, duration, invitee (name, email, phone), location (with meeting link if applicable), notes, status, answers to custom questions, extras selected, and payment info if applicable.
  • Actions: Reschedule, Cancel, Edit.
  • If the event was created via a recurring booking, related events may be shown.

Reschedule

  • Route: /events/{event}/reschedule
  • Pick a new date/time within the event type's availability. The booking is updated and notifications are sent to both host and invitee.

Cancel

  • From the list or event detail, cancel the event.
  • Cancellation sends notifications based on workflow and notification settings.
  • The event status changes to "cancelled" and the time slot becomes available again.

Edit

  • Route: /events/{event}/edit
  • Update event details like date, time, notes, or internal fields.

Creating events

Events are typically created when:

  • A customer books via the public booking page or embed.
  • You create a booking from the Calendar or Events page using the Schedule / New action.
  • A booking is confirmed from a meeting poll.
