Billing & Plans

Manage your SchedulingKit subscription, payment methods, and billing history.

Where to find it

  • Route: /user/billing.

Plans

SchedulingKit offers three plans:

PlanBest for
StarterSolo users and small teams getting started
ProfessionalGrowing businesses with advanced scheduling needs
BusinessLarger teams with full feature access

Each plan is available in monthly and yearly billing. Yearly plans offer a discount.

Subscribing

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. Choose a plan.
  3. Enter payment details (credit/debit card via Stripe).
  4. Confirm your subscription.

You can start with a free trial if available.

Changing plans

  • Upgrade — Switch to a higher plan. The difference is prorated.
  • Downgrade — Switch to a lower plan. Takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Go to Billing and click Change plan.

Cancelling

  1. Go to Billing.
  2. Click Cancel subscription.
  3. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  4. After cancellation, you can Resume to reactivate before the period ends.

Payment methods

  • Add a credit or debit card.
  • Set default — Choose which card to charge.
  • Remove — Delete a saved card (you must have at least one while subscribed).

Invoices

  • View billing invoices in the Billing page.
  • Download individual invoices as PDF.
  • Invoices show plan, amount, date, and payment status.

Billing portal

Click Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • View full payment history.
  • Update billing information.
  • Download receipts.
  • Manage tax IDs.

Note

This is for your SchedulingKit subscription — not for receiving payments from clients. To accept client payments, connect Stripe or PayPal under Settings → Payments. See Integrations.
