Profile

Your profile page lets you manage your personal information, security settings, and account.

Where to find it

  • User menu (top-right or sidebar footer) → Account or Profile.
  • Route: /user/profile.

Profile information

Update your personal details:

  • Name — Displayed on booking pages and in emails.
  • Email — Your login email and where notifications are sent.
  • Profile photo — Upload a photo that appears on your booking page and team directory.

Click Save to apply changes.

Password

Change your password:

  1. Enter your current password.
  2. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  3. Click Save.

Two-factor authentication

Add an extra layer of security to your account.

Enable

  1. Click Enable in the Two Factor Authentication section.
  2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app.
  3. Enter the confirmation code.
  4. Save your recovery codes securely.

Disable

Click Disable and confirm with your password.

Regenerate recovery codes

If you've used or lost your recovery codes, click Regenerate Recovery Codes to get new ones.

Browser sessions

View and manage where you're signed in:

  • See a list of active sessions (device, browser, IP address, last active).
  • Click Log Out Other Browser Sessions to sign out everywhere except your current session.
  • You'll be asked to confirm with your password.

Delete account

Permanently delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Click Delete Account at the bottom of the profile page.
  2. Enter your password to confirm.
  3. Your account, personal data, and team ownership are removed.

This action is irreversible. If you own a team, transfer ownership or delete the team first.
